Puppy Linux (Wary5)

Hallo,

früher hatte ich Turboprint 1.9x unter Puppy Linux laufen (da gab's zwar irgendeinen Trick, weiß ich aber nicht mehr). Nach langer Zeit greife ich darauf zurück mit einem Update auf 2.x, um unter Puppy Linux Wary5 (http://www.puppylinux.org) Turboprint zu verwenden. Leider geht da nicht viel. Ein pstoturboprint lässt sich ja noch schnell manuell den nach ../cups/filter kopieren, doch gibt's Probleme mit dem Schreiben der Konfigurationsdateien und eine Differenz in den Verzeichnisnamen: '/usr/share/turboprintprofiles/profiles.lst' wird laut Konsolenoutput erwartet, vorhanden ist aber "nur" das Verz. /usr/share/turboprint/profiles". Die Datei profiles.lst existiert nicht (oder wird nicht angelegt).

Bei der Installation von Turboprint werden folgende Meldungen im Terminal ausgegeben:

Offensichtlich kommt es erst gar nicht zu einer ordentlichen Installation bzw. Konfiguration. Aber wieso?

Hallo,

ich habe die Installation unter Puppy gerade getestet - das TurboPrint Installationsprogramm läuft nicht vollständig durch und die Installation bleibt unvollständig.

Die gerade veröffentlichte Version TurboPrint 2.20 behebt das Problem (zumindest hier bei uns) - Download unter http://www.turboprint.de -> Link "Download".

..nochmals danke, ja, die Installation läuft jetzt durch, jedoch klappt es nicht mit dem Drucken:

Could not get a free pipe
lp -t 'TurboPrint Testpage' -d HL5170DN-TurboPrint /tmp/tp22746_1.tmp
Auftrags-ID ist HL5170DN-TurboPrint-52 (1 Dateien)
...und nix passiert (egal ob USB- oder Netzwerkrucker).

Ansonsten finde ich keine Log-Dateien... oder gibt es eine Art Debug-Schalter o.ä.?
