canon pro 9000 printing problem

i just purchased the PrintFab 2 Home license key for my canon prima pro9000 printer after using the demo version and getting the watermark after 30 days...

i received the new key today (PrintFab 2 Home Keyfile 2533474 ) and attempted to print again but it's not printing the whole image...

Hello,

for the Canon PIXMA Pro9000 printer the license "PrintFab 2 Home L" or "PrintFab 2 Pro" is required - the regular PrintFab Home license is meant for small printers (A4 / Letter print width). I will contact you by email about upgrading the license.
