Canon Pixma IP4700 - Druck von CD/DVD

Hallo,

ich habe seit kurzem das Problem, dass ich keine Cd's/DVD's mehr bedrucken kann.
Hatte die aktuellste Turboprintversion installiert und danach ging es nicht mehr.
Der Drucker zieht die CD ein, fängt an zu drucken hört aber nach kurzer Zeit auf - die CD wird nicht ausgeworfen.
Wenn ich die CD dann auswerfen lasse, ist der Anfang (die ersten paar Zentimeter) bedruckt, der Rest nicht.
Der Drucker ist am USB-Port eines QNAP TS110 (NAS) angeschlossen und wird über Samba angesprochen.
Auf der Statusseite des NAS wird dann bei dem Druck "Fehler" angezeigt.
Ein Downgrade auf die letzte funktionierende Version (2.17-2) hat nichts geändert.
Sonst druckt der Drucker alles und einwandfrei.
Auch die Druckvorschau der CD sieht perfekt aus.
Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?

Hallo,

funktioniert der CD-Druck bei direkter USB-Verbindung vom Rechner zum Drucker?

Falls es so auch nicht klappt, bitte den Status im TurboPrint-Monitor prüfen (der Druckerstatus wird nur bei direkter USB-Verbindung angezeigt).

Habe es gerade ausprobiert, über USB funktioniert alles einwandfrei.
Scheint also ein Problem des NAS zu sein.
Werde mal im Qnap-Forum schauen, ob das Problem bekannt ist.

nur zur Info für die die es interessiert:
Das Problem war am NAS (Qnap TS-110). Durch ein zeitnahes Update der Firmware hatte ich mir dieses Problem eingehandelt.
Im Qnap-Forum war das Problem bekannt. Zwar gab es Lösungsvorschläge, die bei mir jedoch nicht funktioniert haben.
Ein Downgrade der Firmware auf die vorherige Version hat das Problem behoben.
Jetzt funktioniert wieder alles einwandfrei.
Seltsam war nur, dass das Problem nur beim Druck von CD/DVD's auftrat.
